1. Returns and Exchanges Policy

2. Payment Methods
-We accept all major credit cards. We also accept payments through Pay Pal.
-We process online orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) and ship them as soon as possible assuming items are IN-STOCK. We ship all orders via USPS Priority or Express Mail (customer has the choice of shipping service they wish to have at checkout).
-Priority shipping can be expected to be received within 2-3 days from the time you receive your email that your order has been shipped (not from when the order has been placed). Please note USPS may encounter delays due to holidays, bad weather, and/or other unforeseen circumstances.
-As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for USPS to update their website with your tracking information.
-PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING orders will be processed for shipping on the same day assuming the order is placed BEFORE 12PM Eastern Time on that same day. Orders requiring PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING which are received AFTER 12PM Eastern Time will be shipped out next business day. Please note some zip codes are not eligible for NEXT DAY SHIPPING and such orders will be received on the 2nd day. We will notify you in this case.
-We DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. Boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses or mailing facilities -When there is a valid proof of delivery, we are not responsible for packages in the event that
you are not home or are out of town. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported directly as a claim to USPS.
- We currently do not offer International Shipping.
- If you live in Miami and would like to pickup your order at our store, simply apply the CODE: INSTOREPICKUP at checkout and shipping charges will be waived.
- We understand that sometimes that special "outfit" or "pair of shoes" is needed immediately! If this is the case, kindly TEXT/CALL our store at (954)292-0852 as soon as your ONLINE order has been placed and we will make every effort to have your order ready for pick up that same day prior to closing. We strongly suggest you also leave us a comment at checkout that you wish to "EXPRESS INSTORE PICKUP".
-We measure our clothes by laying them flat.
-Please contact us if you want specific measurements for an item and we’ll be happy to provide them for you.
5. Store Credit Code
-If you have a store credit code, you may apply it during the checkout process.
6. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
-Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.
7. Order Status
-What is the status of my order? You can review the status of your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page, where you can Sign In to your account to view your order status and history.
-How do I change or cancel my order? If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us immediately after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
-How do I know if my order was placed? Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also view your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top right of the page and logging into your EGW Boutique account.
